Nicole Bradley is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Expressive Arts Therapist, and a Retired Diva 💁🏻. She is inspired by the bold and colorful energy of people and is dedicated to helping others jump into their greatest and most confident selves!
When I was in school, I used to keep my head hung low and cast my critical eyes over everything I did. I was super hard on myself and thought I would never be good enough. Not only did my self-esteem suffer from this, but so did my connection to others and abilities to do well in school. Although social anxiety, shame, and awkwardness were beating me down, I knew there was more to me than this.
When I found my niche within the arts, you could say that I found myself. (Cliché, but true!) Finally, I had a place where I could express myself freely and be part of a group that lifted me up. With a newfound commitment to overcoming my fears, ways to manage my anxiety, and with positive thinking in mind, I had jumped into confidence! I was excited to share myself with others, felt better about school, and found the motivation to explore beyond my own dreams!
Have you ever said or heard someone say out of frustration, "they have so much potential!"? It's that inner spark that I'm here to help light!
